Pricing of goods, services, postage, etc are current but are subject to change without notice.
All prices on our website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST (unless exempt.)
To protect personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored using encryption.
Shipping costs are as follows:
$6 standard shipping Australia-wide on physical goods. Free delivery on orders over $100.
International shipping of physical goods varies depending on purchase.
We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 48 hours from when the order was placed (excluding weekends and public holidays.) We use Australia Post for all domestic orders.
Orders sent via standard shipping should arrive within 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas. Non-metropolitan areas may take longer.
All orders are marked with ‘Authority to Leave’ - if you would like to change that, please 'Add a note' in the cart prior to checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event that you purchase an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will normally ask that the item be shipped back to us for inspection.
If we conclude the item is faulty or damaged through no fault of the customer, we will contact you and offer to replace the item or refund the full purchase price. We'll refund the costs required to ship a faulty item to us for inspection and cover any shipping costs required to replace it.
If you wish to return your item for any other reason (such as a change of mind) you will be responsible for paying all associated shipping costs. To be eligible for a refund or exchange in these circumstances, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you have received a product in error please contact us via the website within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue ASAP.
